ANTICIPATING COMPLETION DATE OF JUNE 1,2024
As Hurricanes Ian and Nicole took out our seawall and pool, there is no pool and no direct access to the beach from the property. You may access the beach from Dunlawton 1/2 block to the north. We are located on a drive portion of beach.
This unit has all new mattresses in 2024. The living space has two single wall beds for your family of four or guests. There is ample closet space, a desk and two bathrooms. The large fully equipped kitchen will meet all your needs. The kitchen has two coffee pots to allow you to make a full pot or k-cups. Your private laundry/storage room is across the hall from the entry door. It is equipped with 2 beach chairs, small cooler, beach towels, and assorted beach toys. One parking space is included in the secure garage.
We operate with an eye for “preventative maintenance” and enjoy interaction with guests. Feel free to text questions, concerns, or just for fun. Please let us know if something needs attention. You will find our contact information in the binder on the kitchen counter.
